We’ve introduced pending calculation indicators to make it easier to understand the status of your Project KPIs.
Previously, it was difficult to distinguish between missing, pending, or failed KPIs, which could lead to misinterpretations of trends and data quality.
Now, you’ll see the following status indicators:
- Pending Calculation 🕒 (Light Grey Loading Icon) – Displayed when the KPI is still being processed. Please refresh the page to see updates.
- Failed Calculation ⚠️ (Error Icon) – Displayed when the KPI update was unsuccessful. This is usually caused by a too broad query.
- Missing Information “-” – Shown when the KPI value is null. This happens when the query is not supported (e.g., Company KPIs for Organization or Smart Searches) or when there isn’t enough data to determine a value with certainty.
These changes ensure better transparency, helping you interpret your KPI data with confidence.
