We’re excited to announce some important changes to the Portfolio view, designed to streamline navigation, enhance organization, and improve user control. Here’s what’s new:
Owner filter
- The Portfolio view now displays by default projects owned by the current user. This makes it easier to focus on your own projects.
- To see projects owned by groups, simply click on the corresponding owner’s name. This allows quick access to shared projects.
Pinning and enhanced folder navigation
- Folders are now displayed as a separate section within your Portfolio, making it easier to navigate and organize your projects. To switch between folders, click on the folder name in your portfolio.
- Clicking on the current folder’s name opens its settings, where you can now pin folders to your portfolio. This feature ensures that the folder is always visible in your Portfolio page.
- If you have many folders, use the magnifying glass icon next to the +Folder button to quickly search for a specific one.
Improved project management
- In the table below the folders, you can view all projects contained within the selected folder
- To add a new project to any folder, click the +Project button on the right side of your screen.
