Project Ownership

By default, you own all the SCOUT Projects you create. If you want to change the ownership of a project:

1. Click on the Settings (gear icon) for the Project you want to change ownership of. You can find the settings in the Portfolio view or within the project itself (top right corner).
2. In the settings menu, select Move.
3. Select the group you want to transfer ownership to. The project will be shared automatically with the group's members.

Additional permissions

Group Admins can:

• Transfer ownership from one group to another group.
• Transfer ownership from a group to themselves ("me").

You can view and work on all projects and folders owned by groups you are connected to. Only Group Admins can delete or move group-owned projects.
Check your Account settings to see the your Groups and Admins.
